2024 Uniform Guidance Applied Retroactively
The Department will apply the 2024 revision of the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance) retroactively to all Department grants that are subject to the Uniform Guidance. This withdraws and supersedes prior Department policies and actions, including the Department's Jan. 16, 2025 notice.
