Antidumping Margins Amended for Brazilian Exporters
On January 24, 2025, a U.S. court ruling led the Department of Commerce to amend the antidumping duty margins assigned to Apiário Diamante (Supermel) and all other producers/exporters of raw honey from Brazil for the period April 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021. If you are a honey producer or exporter, the legal change alters the dumping margins used to calculate duties you may owe for shipments in that period.
