Dumping Margin Changed for SGRE/Windar

On January 28, 2025, the Court of International Trade upheld Commerce’s remand and Commerce amended its final determination and antidumping duty order to change the dumping margin for the collapsed entity made up of Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE), Windar Renovables S.A. (Windar), and five Windar affiliates. The change affects the dumping margin applied to imports tied to that collapsed entity for the investigation period July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020, and will change the duties those companies must pay.

Dumping Margins Amended for Other Exporters

Commerce also amended the dumping margin assigned to all other producers and exporters of utility scale wind towers from Spain. These amended margins affect the antidumping duties that other Spanish producers and exporters will face for the investigation covering July 1, 2019, through June 30, 2020.
