Antitrust Liability Limit Extended To New Members

On January 28, 2025, the Information Warfare Research Project Consortium filed a notice under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993 (15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq.) showing many companies were added as members. The filing extends the Act’s protection that limits antitrust plaintiffs’ recovery to actual damages (under specified circumstances) for those parties named in the notice.
