Brick and Clay Makers Keep Reporting
If you own or run a brick or structural clay products manufacturing business, the EPA has submitted a renewal to keep collecting the same pollution-control information under NESHAP (EPA ICR No. 2509.03, OMB Control No. 2030-0047). The ICR is currently approved through February 28, 2025, and the agency says no big changes or new costs are expected with this renewal.
