Summary
TM Forum just updated its membership by adding lots of new companies from around the world, including the U.S., Europe, and Asia. This change keeps special legal protections in place that limit how much money can be claimed in antitrust lawsuits. These updates took effect on February 12, 2025, and affect all current and new members of the Forum.

TM Forum: Antitrust Damage Limit Extended
If your company is a current or new member of TM Forum, the Forum filed a notification on February 12, 2025 extending the National Cooperative Research and Production Act's protection that limits antitrust plaintiffs to recovering only "actual damages" under specified circumstances. This keeps a cap on how much money can be claimed in antitrust lawsuits against Forum members.
