SDN Listings Freeze U.S.-Jurisdiction Assets

You should know that OFAC added one or more people to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List. All money and property they have that is subject to U.S. jurisdiction is blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with those listed individuals.

Designated Vessels Treated as Blocked Property

OFAC placed one or more vessels on the SDN List and identified those vessels as property in which a blocked person has an interest. U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions involving those vessels.
