Construction Stormwater Reporting Continues
If you run a construction or development business, the EPA is continuing the information collection under the 2022 NPDES Construction General Permit (ICR Number 2686.03, OMB Control Number 2040-0305). The ICR is currently approved through February 28, 2025, and EPA says no big changes or extra costs are expected from this extension.
Extra 30 Days to Comment on Renewal
The EPA is allowing an additional 30 days for public comments on the renewal of the information collection for the 2022 NPDES Construction General Permit. Public comments were previously requested on November 14, 2024, and this notice extends the comment opportunity by 30 days before the ICR proceeds.
