NESHAP Reporting Continues for Yeast Makers
The EPA will continue collecting information from companies that manufacture nutritional yeast under the NESHAP information collection request (EPA ICR Number 2568.04; OMB Control Number 2060-0719). The ICR is currently approved through February 28, 2025, and the agency has opened an additional 30-day comment period. EPA says this continued collection checks that manufacturers follow pollution rules and does not add new costs or deadlines.
