Ethylene & Spandex Info Collection Continues

The EPA asked OMB to extend its information collection for the NESHAP covering ethylene and spandex (ICR No. 1983.11; OMB Control No. 2060-0489), which is currently approved through February 28, 2025. If you operate a facility that makes ethylene or spandex, you would continue to provide required information showing compliance with pollution rules, and the agency says no big changes or extra costs are expected.
