Heartland Project Adds Regional Gas Capacity

Project Capacity to Have Reservation Rates

Water Quality Certification Required
If you live in Illinois or Wisconsin, the project needs a Clean Water Act section 401 water quality certificate from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. ANR must submit the certification request and either the agency's decision or evidence of waiver to FERC.
