Closed virtual NIH grant review panels

The NIH Center for Scientific Review will hold several closed virtual meetings on April 1; April 3-4; April 7-8; April 17-18; April 23-24; and April 29-30, 2025 (generally 8:00/9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) to review and evaluate grant applications. If you are a scientist or researcher applying for NIH grants, these are the scheduled panel review dates you should note because they are when applications are reviewed.

Confidentiality protection for applicants

The meetings will be closed under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6) because grant applications and discussions could disclose confidential trade secrets, patentable material, or personal information. This closure protects applicants' commercial and personal information during the review process.
