Public can join VA meeting online

The Advisory Committee on Cemeteries and Memorials will hold an open meeting on April 2-3, 2025, and the VA updated the Cisco Webex virtual meeting link so people can join online. You can join using the Webex link: https://veteransaffairs.webex.com/veteransaffairs/j.php?MTID=m8431585c79f9badf376fefdcc3b74a3f (Meeting number: 2825 525 9552; Password: Y2aYJfkY?58) or by phone at 404-397-1596. This change makes it easier for the public to attend the meeting remotely.

Public comment window and rules

On April 3, 2025, the Committee set a public comment period starting at 10:45 a.m. MST and ending no later than 11:15 a.m. MST, and individuals are limited to three minutes each. You may also send written comments by email to [email protected], and commenters must identify themselves and any group they represent.

No public transportation for cemetery tours

The Committee will tour Monte Calvario Veterans Cemetery and Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Marana on April 3, 2025, during the 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST session, but transportation will not be provided for the public. If you plan to attend the tours in person at the Tucson/Marana locations, you must arrange your own travel to the sites.
