Intervenor rights to rehear and appeal

Compressor uprate to deliver 50,000 MMBtu/d

Florida Gas proposes to uprate one compressor at Compressor Station 21 in Palm Beach County, Florida, increasing turbine power from 6,500 hp to 7,700 hp to meet delivery of 50,000 MMBtu/d for Florida Power & Light. The company says this reallocation will not increase the system's overall certificated capacity and will not impact other Florida Gas shippers; the project cost is estimated at $9,000,000.
