SBIR/STTR Small Business Review Dates
If you applied for Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) grants, your applications will be reviewed virtually on April 29–30, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. each day. These review meetings decide which small business proposals move forward for funding consideration.
Center Core (P30) Grant Review Date
If you applied for a Center Core Grant for Vision Research (P30), your application will be reviewed on April 1, 2025 in a virtual meeting from 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the National Eye Institute review panel.
Clinical Trial Grant Review Date
If you applied for a Clinical Trial grant, your application will be reviewed on April 25, 2025 in a virtual meeting from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. by the National Eye Institute review panel.
Mentored Clinician Scientist (K08/K23) Review Date
If you applied for a Mentored Clinician Scientist career award (K08 or K23), your application will be reviewed on April 28, 2025 in a virtual meeting from 1:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Individual Pathway to Independence (K99) Review Date
If you submitted an Individual Pathway to Independence (K99) application, it will be reviewed on May 1, 2025 in a virtual meeting from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. by the National Eye Institute panel.
Closed Reviews Protect Applicant Privacy
The National Eye Institute will close these meetings to the public under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6) because grant applications could reveal confidential trade secrets or personal information. This means your grant application materials and personal details about people named in applications will be kept confidential during the review process.
Conference (R13) Grant Review Date
If you applied for a Conference Grant (R13), your application will be reviewed on April 11, 2025 in a virtual meeting from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. by the National Eye Institute review panel.
Secondary Data Analysis (R21) Review Date
If you submitted a Secondary Data Analysis (R21) application, it will be reviewed on April 23, 2025 in a virtual meeting from 12:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. by the National Eye Institute panel.
