Rockies Express Pipeline LLC filed negotiated rate agreements (Docket RP25-696-000) to be effective April 1, 2025. If you want to intervene or protest, you must file by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on March 19, 2025 to become a party to the proceeding.
NAESB 4.0 amendments effective August 1
Several pipeline companies (Cheyenne Connector, East Cheyenne Gas Storage, Rockies Express, Ruby Pipeline, Tallgrass Interstate, Trailblazer) filed NAESB 4.0 compliance amendments to be effective August 1, 2025 (docket numbers RP25-523 through RP25-528 and related). Comments or protests are due by 5:00 p.m. Eastern on March 19, 2025 for those filings.
