NIDCR Small Business Grants Reviewed

If you are a small business applying for NIDCR funding, your Small Business grant applications will be reviewed and evaluated in a closed virtual meeting on April 9, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The panel will decide which applications move forward; the meeting is closed to protect confidential trade secrets and personal information.

Fellowship and Conference Grants Reviewed

If you applied for an NIDCR fellowship or a conference grant, those applications will be reviewed and evaluated in a closed virtual meeting on April 15–16, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The panel will evaluate applicants and make funding decisions for fellowships and conference awards.

NIDCR Contract Proposals Reviewed

If you submitted a contract proposal to NIDCR (CROMS contract), the proposals will be reviewed and evaluated in a closed virtual meeting on April 29, 2025 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The panel will evaluate contract proposals and make selection decisions.

Collaborative and TMD Research Grant Reviews

NIDCR panels will review collaborative DOC research (RM1, clinical trial not allowed) on April 10–11, 2025 and the TMD Collaborative (TMD IMPACT) on June 12, 2025 in closed virtual meetings. These panels will review and evaluate grant applications for those specific research programs.

The listed NIDCR meetings are closed to the public under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6) to protect confidential trade secrets, patentable material, and personal information about individuals associated with the grant applications.
