Closed NIEHS Grant Review Meetings

If you applied for or submitted a grant or contract to the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), note that NIEHS will hold closed virtual meetings to review and evaluate proposals on April 15, 2025 (11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.), April 17, 2025 (12:00 p.m.–1:30 p.m.), and April 29, 2025 (12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m.). The meetings are virtual and list contact persons you can reach for each meeting (e.g., Murali Ganesan, Ph.D., phone: (984) 287-4674; Leroy Worth, Ph.D., phone: (984) 287-3340; Varsha Shukla, Ph.D., phone: (984) 287-3288).

Meetings Closed To Protect Confidential Info

The meetings will be closed to the public under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6) because grant applications and discussions could disclose confidential trade secrets, commercial property (such as patentable material), or personal information that would be an unwarranted invasion of privacy. The closure protects applicants' confidential business and personal information during review.
