Public Comment Deadline March 31, 2025

If you want to intervene, protest, or file comments on the listed pipeline rate filings (including RP25-711 through RP25-717), you must file by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on March 31, 2025. Protests may be considered, but filing an intervention is necessary to become a party to the proceeding.

Colt Pipelines Amendment and April 4 Deadline

Colt Pipelines (North Texas) L.P. filed an amendment (PR25-33-001) described as effective February 1, 2025; the comment date and Section 284.123(g) protest deadline for that filing is 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on April 4, 2025.
