180‑Day Ban on Named Exporters
ExHigh Air Space Ltd., Geoffrey Chune Omariba, and Nader Ali Saboori Haghighi are temporarily denied export privileges effective March 31, 2025 for 180 days. During that period they may not apply for, obtain, or use any license or otherwise participate in transactions involving items subject to the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
U.S. Persons Barred From Exports To Denied Parties
No person may export, reexport, or transfer (in‑country) any item subject to the EAR to or on behalf of the Denied Persons (ExHigh and the two named individuals) for the 180‑day period, except items directly related to safety of flight and authorized by BIS. The Order also bars negotiating, buying, selling, transporting, financing, or otherwise servicing such items for the Denied Persons.
Ban on Facilitating, Acquiring, Or Servicing EAR Items
The Order bars actions that facilitate a Denied Person's acquisition or control of any EAR item, acquiring items from a Denied Person, obtaining items from a Denied Person with knowledge they will be exported, and servicing (installation, maintenance, repair, modification, or testing) items owned or controlled by a Denied Person for the 180‑day period, except safety‑of‑flight activities authorized by BIS. These restrictions apply to any person who would take such actions with respect to EAR items linked to the Denied Persons.
