LG Chem preliminarily not dumping
The Department of Commerce preliminarily found that LG Chem, Ltd. did not sell certain superabsorbent polymers from the Republic of Korea below normal value during the period June 7, 2022 through November 30, 2023. Because of this preliminary finding, Commerce will not assess antidumping duties on LG Chem for that period at this stage.
