Preliminary finding of dumped Brazilian steel
The Department of Commerce preliminarily found that certain corrosion-resistant steel products (CORE) from Brazil were sold in the United States at less than fair value for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Interested parties are invited to submit comments on this preliminary determination before Commerce issues a final decision.
