You may be affected if you own an Evenflo All4One child restraint system. Evenflo reported on January 27, 2025 that certain All4One seats do not fully meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 213 and petitioned NHTSA on February 14, 2025 for a finding that the noncompliance is inconsequential. NHTSA is reviewing the petition and this notice does not announce any recall, penalty, or corrective action.
