Summary
The U.S. Treasury’s OFAC just added some people and ships to a special blacklist called the SDN List. This means any money or property they have in the U.S. is frozen, and Americans can’t do business with them. If you’re involved, watch out—these changes take effect immediately and could impact financial deals.

Assets Frozen; U.S. Transactions Blocked
The Treasury Department added one or more people and vessels to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List, and all property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of those persons are blocked. U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them, and the vessels are identified as property in which a blocked person has an interest; these changes take effect immediately.
