Summary

Dr. Henry-Norbert O. Ndekwe from Oklahoma lost his DEA registration because he no longer has the legal right to handle controlled substances in his state. DEA revokes registrations without state authority

Under 21 U.S.C. 824(a)(3), the DEA will revoke a practitioner's registration if the practitioner no longer has state authority to handle controlled substances. If your state license is suspended, revoked, or otherwise expired so you are not authorized to dispense controlled substances, you become ineligible to maintain a DEA registration and lose the legal right to prescribe or handle controlled drugs.

Dr. Ndekwe’s DEA registration revoked

The DEA revoked Henry-Norbert O. Ndekwe, M.D.'s Certificate of Registration No. BN5794587 and denied any pending applications to renew, modify, or obtain additional registration in Oklahoma. The agency noted his Oklahoma medical license expired on June 1, 2023, his DEA registration had expired on October 31, 2024, he did not request a hearing, and the Order is effective May 16, 2025. He may file a motion for reconsideration of the Agency's factual finding within fifteen calendar days to dispute the official notice.
