DEA Registration Revoked for Dr. Agu

The DEA revoked Ajumobi Agu, M.D.'s Certificate of Registration No. FA4195459 and denied any pending applications to renew, modify, or add a registration in Nevada. The revocation takes effect May 16, 2025, so Dr. Agu may no longer legally handle controlled substances under that DEA registration.

Public Safety Protected by Revocation

The DEA revoked Dr. Agu's registration to protect patients and the public after finding he issued about 22 controlled-substance prescriptions to 14 patients between June 30, 2023 and September 11, 2023 while his Nevada licenses were suspended. The Order is effective May 16, 2025, and aims to prevent further dispensing of controlled medicines by this registrant in Nevada.
