Nasdaq BX set position and exercise limits of 25,000 contracts for options on each of these funds: iShares Ethereum Trust, Fidelity Ethereum Fund, Bitwise Ethereum ETF, Grayscale Ethereum Trust, and Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust. The rule amendment applies to options on each Ether Trust and mirrors the 25,000-contract limits referenced in the Ether approval orders.

BX Authorized to List Ether Fund Options

Nasdaq BX amended its rules so the Exchange may list and trade options on five Ethereum-related funds: iShares Ethereum Trust; Fidelity Ethereum Fund; Bitwise Ethereum ETF; Grayscale Ethereum Trust; and Grayscale Ethereum Mini Trust. The Commission waived the 30-day delay and the change became operative on April 9, 2025, allowing trading to begin immediately under the new rules.
