28 New Members Added to NAC
On February 17, 2025, the National Armaments Consortium (NAC) added 28 named companies as parties to its joint research and production venture. The filings were made to extend the National Cooperative Research and Production Act's provisions that limit antitrust plaintiffs to recovering actual damages under specified circumstances.
