Dairy handlers can enter new contracts
If you are a dairy handler, you can enter new Dairy Forward Pricing Program contracts until September 30, 2025. Establishing new contracts had been prohibited after the program expired on September 30, 2024, but the program is now reauthorized through September 30, 2025.
Forward contracts expire September 30, 2028
Any Dairy Forward Pricing Program contract entered before September 30, 2025 will have an expiration date of September 30, 2028. This sets a fixed end date for contracts made during the reauthorization window.
