New Names And Vessels Added
OFAC added one or more people and one or more vessels to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN) List. Any money or property of those named that is subject to U.S. jurisdiction is blocked.
U.S. Persons Barred From Transactions
U.S. persons are generally prohibited from conducting transactions with the newly blocked individuals and vessels on OFAC's SDN List. If you are subject to U.S. jurisdiction, you may not do business with those listed parties.
Revisions To Existing SDN Entries
OFAC revised the entries of one or more persons already on the SDN List. The revised entries remain subject to blocking and the general prohibitions that apply to SDN-listed persons.
