The Department of Commerce preliminarily found that countervailable subsidies were provided to a producer and exporter of certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires (PVLT) from the People’s Republic of China during the period of review, January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Review rescinded for nine companies
Commerce is rescinding this countervailing duty administrative review, in part, for nine companies listed in Appendix II of the notice for the period January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Those nine companies are no longer under review in this proceeding for that period.
