Preliminary dumping finding on hexamine

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily found that hexamethylenetetramine (hexamine) from Germany was sold in the United States at less-than-fair-value for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024. Interested parties are invited to comment on this preliminary determination before Commerce reaches a final decision.

Provisional measures remain in place

Commerce is postponing the final determination and has extended provisional measures, so the extra "money rules" tied to the investigation remain in place for now. If you import hexamine from Germany, you may continue to face those provisional financial requirements while the investigation is completed.
