Published Date: 5/6/2025
Rule
Summary
The Coast Guard is setting up safety zones in the Northern Great Lakes to keep boats safe during special events. If you’re boating there, you’ll need to follow new rules about where and when you can go, especially right before, during, and after these events. These rules help protect people and property without costing you extra money, but you’ll need permission to enter these zones during enforcement times.
