Mandatory Reporting of U.S. Securities Holdings
If you are a United States person who meets the Notice's reporting requirements, you must complete and submit the SHLA (2025) reporting forms showing foreign-residents' holdings of U.S. stocks, bonds, and selected money market instruments as of June 30, 2025.
