The Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added one or more persons to its Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List and all their property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked. U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with those designated, and the action is effective immediately.
