Rescinded Reviews for 69 Companies

Commerce preliminarily found no shipments of certain hardwood plywood from the People's Republic of China during January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 for some firms. As a result, Commerce is rescinding administrative reviews for 64 companies in the antidumping duty review and five companies in the countervailing duty review (69 companies total). If you are one of the companies under review, these specific administrative reviews are being stopped for that 2023 period.
