Preliminary dumping finding for Italian exporters
The Department of Commerce preliminarily found that certain producers/exporters of forged steel fluid end blocks from Italy sold the merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review, January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023. This preliminary finding names some Italian producers/exporters as having made below-normal-value sales during that period.
