Updated Fees and Water Charges
Starting July 1, 2025, the Delaware River Basin Commission is updating its regulatory program fees and its schedule of water charges for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025. If you are a water user in the Commission’s jurisdiction, you may see new rates that are intended to help support water programs.
Business Regulatory Fee Change
