Simpler Pollution Testing Rules Approved
If you run or regulate a facility that releases air pollution, the EPA approved broadly applicable alternative test methods under New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) and NESHAP between January 1, 2024 and December 31, 2024. These new methods are meant to make compliance testing simpler and could save facilities time and money starting in 2024.
