Removed Carriers Must Give 30‑Day Notice

The Commission plans to revoke exemptions for entities removed from its list of controlled carriers. Those carriers will have to provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before making rates, charges, classifications, rules, or regulations effective.

Existing Listed Carriers Keep Current Exemptions

Exemptions that were granted to controlled carriers that remain on the Commission's controlled carriers list will continue to be valid for now. The Commission may review those exemptions in the future.
