Return of Native American Remains
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District intends to return human remains and associated funerary objects that were removed from Federal or Tribal lands to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribe, or Native Hawaiian organization with priority for disposition. This disposition will be carried out in accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).
