Corrected Company Names in Indian Steel Antidumping Duty Review
Published Date: 6/11/2025
Notice
Summary
The U.S. fixed a small but important mistake in its review of steel tubing from India. They updated the company names linked to the antidumping duties, so now Goodluck India Limited and its related companies all share the same duty rates. This means importers and companies know exactly what cash deposits and fees apply, keeping trade fair and clear.

Goodluck Companies Share Same Duty
If you import certain cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India under the names Good Luck Steel Tubes Ltd., Good Luck Industries, or Goodluck Industries, the U.S. Department of Commerce says the cash deposit and assessment rates calculated for Goodluck India Limited apply to those names. This corrects a mistake in the April 14, 2025 Federal Register notice so importers know which duty rates and cash deposits to use.
