Return of Native American Remains
If you are a lineal descendant, an Indian Tribe, or a Native Hawaiian organization with priority for disposition, the Wyoming Bureau of Land Management intends to return Native American human remains and associated funerary objects that were removed from Federal or Tribal lands. This action will be carried out under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA).
