If you are a spearmint oil producer or handler in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, or Utah, the allowed salable quantity of Class 3 (Native) spearmint oil for the 2024-2025 marketing year increases from 678,980 pounds to 731,220 pounds. This change applies for the marketing year that began on June 1, 2024.
Allotment Percentage Raised to 28%
If you are a spearmint oil producer or handler in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Nevada, or Utah, the allotment percentage for Class 3 (Native) spearmint oil for the 2024-2025 marketing year increases from 26 percent to 28 percent. This allotment change is effective for the marketing year that began on June 1, 2024.
