Summary

The Global Synchronizer Foundation just added four new members from the U.S., Canada, and France to their research team. Antitrust Liability Limit Extended for GSF

On May 19, 2025 the Global Synchronizer Foundation (GSF) filed a notice adding four members — Proof Group (Menlo Park, CA), T-RIZE Group (Montreal, Canada), Chainlink Labs (New York, NY), and BNP Paribas (Paris, France). That filing extends the protections under the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 1993 so that antitrust plaintiffs in specified circumstances are limited to recovering actual damages. Membership remains open and GSF said it will file more notifications as it adds members.
