Listed persons’ U.S. assets frozen
OFAC put one or more people on the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list. All property and interests in property of those people that are subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from doing transactions with them.

OFAC added one or more vessels to the SDN list and identified those vessels as property in which a blocked person has an interest. Those vessels are treated as blocked property, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions involving them.
