New IDEA Data Management Center Priority
The Department of Education announced a new priority for the IDEA Data Management Center that it may use in fiscal year (FY) 2025 and later. The priority will be used to award a cooperative agreement for a Center to provide technical assistance to improve States' capacity to meet data collection and reporting requirements under Part B and Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA). This priority replaces the priorities published August 5, 2014 and July 10, 2020.
