FERC Opens Rate Investigation
On June 18, 2025, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission instituted an investigation under section 206 of the Federal Power Act to determine whether Hillcrest Solar I, LLC's Rate Schedule is unjust, unreasonable, unduly discriminatory or preferential, or otherwise unlawful (Docket No. EL25-93-000). The Commission will examine the company's electricity Rate Schedule to decide if further action is needed.
