New €100,000 Annual CDS Dealer Fee
LCH SA will charge market participants that are CDS Dealers an annual fee of €100,000. This fee is separate from trade clearing fees and is payable by the Clearing Member with which the CDS Dealer has a CDS Dealer Clearing Agreement.
Monthly Billing over 12 Months
The €100,000 annual CDS Dealer fee will be billed to the Clearing Member over 12 months, with one-twelfth charged each month where the CDS Dealer is live for the whole month. The monthly charge applies regardless of the dealer's go-live date within that month.
Variable Trade Fees Still Apply
In addition to the new annual CDS Dealer fee, variable fees for trades will continue to be charged based on the fee tariff of the Clearing Member with which the CDS Dealer has a CDS Dealer Clearing Agreement. The annual fee is separate from these transaction-level charges.
