NIH grant/contract review meeting dates
If you are a researcher or organization applying for NIH grants or contracts, your applications will be reviewed in closed virtual meetings on specific dates between July 29, 2025 and August 7, 2025. Panels include reviews on July 29-30; July 31-August 1; and multiple panels on August 5–7, 2025, each listed in the notice.
Confidentiality of application reviews preserved
The meetings will be closed to the public under 5 U.S.C. 552b(c)(4) and 552b(c)(6) to protect confidential trade secrets, patentable material, and personal information in grant applications and contract proposals. That means applicant proprietary information and individuals' personal data discussed during reviews will not be publicly disclosed.
